• 6 ounces Tide Mill Creamery Greek Yogurt (local)
  • ½ medium banana sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Maine blueberries (local)
  • 1 tablespoon crushed coconut chips, or toasted coconut
  • ½ teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Lucy’s Really Nutty Pecan Granola (local)
  • Drizzle of Maine Maple Syrup or Honey

Place yogurt into a bowl. Top with sliced bananas, blueberries, coconut, granola,pumpkin seeds and chia seeds. Drizzle local maple syrup or honey over the bowl, serve and enjoy.
