May is in full swing, and fiddlehead season is nearing its end. Harvesting fiddleheads is one of the long-standing traditions of Maine, and though we are not open just yet, we could not miss this short, yet precious harvest season.
Place yogurt into a bowl. Top with sliced bananas, blueberries, coconut, granola,pumpkin seeds and chia seeds. Drizzle local maple syrup or honey over the bowl, serve and enjoy.
